Unimpedia is an unimpeded repository of the unimportant, created by and for the unimpressed.

The highlighted words above are connected in several ways, none of them very significant.

It is a sort of dark companion to English Wikipedia. Anything that doesn't belong there might belong here, but anything which is encyclopedic doesn't. That's not to say it won't be here. It's just to say that Wikipedia is a better place for it.

Unimpedia has three basic policies:

• Nonchallant point of view]. If it's worth doing well, it doesn't belong here.

• Notability. That should have been the first point.

• Verifiability. That doesn't matter either.

• Accuracy. We can't even count up to four.
